Marantz - Don't stand behind their products
I originally bought my amplifier about 3 years ago, and now it is completely dead.All they want to do is "refer you to an authorised repair centre", and then charge you a fortune to get the item fully "replenished".
On the phone the woman told me this was likely to cost about £300 (more than half of what I payed for it).
Don't buy from them and expect them to stand behind their products, they left me with a dangerous & broken amplifer, and in their eyes that's an easy £300 to *** me out of.Please buy from elsewhere- from experience I know that most of these Hifi brands are incredibly good with situations like these, marantz is the first I have come accross that has handled a situation so poorly.

Preferred solution: Make things right by sending me a replacement so I can enjoy music once again.
